No ads, ever

Nothing flashes, nothing nags, and nobody sells your child's attention.

Locked-up purchases

Any unlock sits behind a grown-up gate, so little fingers can't spend.

Calm by design

No timers, no streaks, no "come back now!" notifications. Play ends happily.

Learning hidden in play

Early maths, phonics and shapes, folded into stories kids actually want to finish.

How we play

Made slowly, tested with real wiggly hands.

Every Pocket Narwhal game starts as a paper prototype and goes through rounds of play with families before it ships. If a four-year-old can't figure it out without help, we go back to the drawing board.

One big idea per game

Counting, letters, shapes or logic. We keep the focus clear so progress feels real.

Big buttons, clear sounds

Large touch targets, spoken instructions and high-contrast art for small screens and small hands.

Mistakes are friendly

No buzzers or lost lives. A wrong answer gets a gentle wiggle and another try.

Natural stopping points

Short chapters end with a little celebration, so screen time can end without tears.

Grown-ups corner

Straight answers for parents, carers and teachers.

We're parents and former classroom helpers ourselves. We build the games we'd want our own kids playing: honest about what they cost, careful with data, and easy to put down.

Are there really no ads?

Really. None of our games show advertising of any kind, and we don't use ad networks or advertising trackers.

How do purchases work?

Depending on the game, there's either a one-time price or a free sample with a single unlock for the full game. Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play and are always behind a grown-up gate.

Do the games need the internet?

No. After download, all four games play fully offline, which makes them handy for car trips and flights.

Do you collect my child's information?

No accounts, no names, no photos, no chat. We keep data to the bare minimum needed to run the games. Our privacy policy explains the details in plain language.

Can I use these in a classroom?

Yes, and we'd love to hear how it goes. Email us and tell us about your class.

A tiny studio with a pointy idea.

Pocket Narwhal Games is a small independent team of designers, artists and one very patient sound person. We believe kids deserve games that respect their time, their curiosity and their privacy.
